What The Kale....?
Kale. This delicious and nutritious veggie hangs out on the fringe. Commonly described as dark, calm, collected. It's anything but mainstream. And don't be fooled by its gentle ruffles. This vegetable packs a punch. Nutritionally speaking, it makes most leafy greens look like wimps. Most people have encountered kale placed as a garnish, meant to be thrown away, however, it's just not the sideline type. How can you make sure this ultra cool veggie has center stage? I've always wanted to try kale chips! Hmm I wonder if you can buy them at any stores...also, what's your opinion of them??
ReplyDeleteI love homemade kale chips because they are low calorie and nutritious ,but be careful with the ones they sell at stores usually manufacturers use cheap oils like corn oil , canola oil, or some other mystery oil that they decided too use to save money also the store bought ones might contain an additive that makes them last longer! Stick to DIY when it comes to kale chips and it will be just fine!
