Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


Roasted pumpkin seeds


Remove seeds from the pumpkin.
Toss with a few tablespoons of olive oil, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. 
Bake on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Stirring halfway through.

Simple and easy!
