Recipe for Pumpkin Pancakes

    1 1/4 cups flour
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    pinch clove 
    cup almond milk
    6 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
    2 tablespoons melted butter
Mix together dry ingredients, fold in blended wet ingredients.
Cook 1/4 of a cup of batter in a skillet with olive oil.  Make sure oil is hot before adding batter. 
Cook until bubbles form on the sides of the pancakes, then flip.
Top with maple syrup and walnuts.
